SOPM’s Party in the Park!
We are super excited to announce our “Party in the Park” event that will be held at Delancey Park on Saturday 6 July to celebrate our 10th Birthday!
For one day only, the park will transform into a vibrant festival as we showcase our musicians. From our adorable 5-year-old minis to the accomplished junior and senior instrumental and vocal groups, culminating with performances by our Academy students, the event will be a testament to our Islands dedication to nurturing music.
You’ll also be treated to sets by the SOPM tutor band, Bloomfield Band and Last Of The Light Brigade. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and picnics to enjoy a full day of music and community spirit. With live music throughout the day, complimentary lessons available at SOPM HQ, food stalls, sweet treats and lively bouncy castles the event promises something for everyone.
Entry is free and we’ll be will offering free taster lessons between 12pm & 5pm.
SOPM’s ‘Party in the Park’ is not only a celebration of our 10th anniversary but also a heartfelt thank you to our supportive community. We can’t wait to see you there!
Free music lessons!
We’ll be offering music lessons every 15 minutes between 12 and 5pm. If you would like to sign up for a lesson please complete the form below.
