Summer School Permission 2024

Each band will be supervised by a School of Popular Music (SOPM) tutor at all times. Students are to be dropped-off and collected at the appropriate location each day (please see Summer School General Information Pack for details).

PERMISSION

I, the parent/guardian of the student named in my application understand the nature of the trips being planned to:

TOWN CENTRE (BUSKING)
FERMAIN TAVERN
FERMAIN VALLEY HOTEL
HERM ISLAND

We are in accord with the purposes of and procedures governing the trip. We hereby grant permission for our son/daughter to participate. We understand that adequate and appropriate supervision will be provided. We further agree to release the School of Popular Music and its employees from liability from unanticipated scenarios or any problems that could arise outside of the tutors control.
